— How It Works —
Step 1
You gather your laundry
We wash, iron or both from bedding to underwear plus linen & work wear from our trade customers.
We will provide you with your own laundry bag (which you get to keep) on our first visit.
We also supply the hangers, FREE!
Step 2
Call or text us on 07949 349305
We provide weekly, fortnightly, monthly and ad hoc collections.
You decide when & were (work or home) you want us to pickup your laundry.
Our delivery service operates between 10am-10pm Monday to Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturdays.
Step 3
We arrive at home or work
One of our friendly drivers will pick up your laundry at an agreed time. You can then inform him of any special requirements, highlight any garments requiring special attention and agree a delivery time.
If you would like a quote before we take it away please ask.
Step 4
Laundry Processing
One of our professional staff will process your garments according to your instructions.
Your laundry will be processed in a clean, smoke-free environment.
It will then be hung or folded as requested.
Step 5
Quality Control & Protection
Our standards are very high. We check all loads before returning to the customer.
If we are not satisfied with the quality, we redo it until we are. If you are not happy let us know!
We carefully package your finished laundry using protective garment covers and laundry bags.
Step 6
Returned to you within 2 days
Our drivers will return your finished laundry to you within at most 48 hours from initial pickup.
We arrive at your premises at an agreed time with your finished laundry to your specifications.
Payment is then due and an invoice will be provided if requested. We accept cash, credit and debit cards.
